TRADITIONAL SAK YANT, BROUGHT TO SELECTED INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
Sak Yant on Tour brings experienced Thai Sak Yant masters from Thai Tattoo Café to selected destinations outside Thailand.
The goal is to make the traditional Sak Yant experience available to people who may not be able to travel to Bangkok, while keeping the tattooing process, ceremony, and cultural traditions connected with the practice.
TRADITIONAL SAK YANT CEREMONY ABROAD
A Sak Yant on Tour session follows the same core traditions used by our masters in Thailand.
Depending on the master, Yant, and lineage, your session may include traditional Thai hand-poke tattooing, Ancient Khom script, Katha, ceremonial practices, chanting, and blessing.
The exact ceremony may vary according to the master and lineage.
THE TRADITION OF SAK YANT
Sak Yant is a traditional Thai sacred tattoo practice with influences from Buddhist, Brahmanic, and local beliefs.
Each traditional Yant has its own structure, meaning, sacred script, Katha, and placement rules. Different designs are associated with traditional intentions such as protection, strength, confidence, luck, Metta Maha Niyom, success, authority, or spiritual guidance.
A SAK YANT EXPERIENCE WITH A THAI MASTER
Your Sak Yant master can help you understand the design, traditional meaning, size, and appropriate placement before tattooing begins.
The tattoo is applied using the traditional Thai hand-poke method and completed with the ceremony and blessing practiced by that master.
Receiving a Sak Yant does not automatically make you a formal disciple of the master. Some lineages may have separate ceremonies for students or disciples, but these are different from a standard Sak Yant session.
CHOOSING YOUR SAK YANT
You may choose an existing Sak Yant design based on its traditional meaning, or ask the master for guidance.
The master may consider your intention, available placement, size, and the traditional rules of the Yant when making a recommendation.
Sak Yant designs are not created from scratch for each person, although existing designs, Ancient Khom script, and layouts may sometimes be combined or adjusted appropriately.

We bring professional tattoo supplies and follow careful hygiene practices during our international Sak Yant events.
Traditional hand-poke tattooing is performed using single-use sterile needles and professionally prepared equipment.

Sak Yant on Tour – Important Update
Many of you in the UK, USA, Australia, and other countries have been waiting to receive a traditional Sak Yant from our masters. We truly appreciate your patience and continued support.
For now, we have decided to pause our international Sak Yant tours.
International tours involve much more than flights. We need to coordinate our Sak Yant masters, travel arrangements, work permits, visas, suitable tattoo locations, and enough time to serve everyone properly.
With ongoing uncertainty around international travel, regional security, and changing conditions in different countries, we don't want to announce dates until we are confident we can organise everything safely and to the standard our clients expect from Thai Tattoo Café.
This Is a Postponement, Not a Cancellation
We genuinely want to bring our Sak Yant masters to the UK, USA, Australia, and other international destinations.
When we come, we want to do it properly with traditional Thai hand-poke tattooing, ceremony, blessing, and the complete Sak Yant experience we provide in Thailand.
As soon as we are ready to confirm travel and locations, we will announce the new tour dates.
